I believe that it is possible for people with ADHD to thrive.
To live fulfilling, successful and happy lives. I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, this diagnosis coincided with that of my three children, it changed the trajectory of our lives.
I am fascinated with the complexity of the ADHD brain and challenged to learn more about how it impacts those with ADHD, their parents and their families.
As an experienced Science teacher, I have worked with teenagers predominantly, continually being awed and inspired by their ability to succeed, change and grow, abilities possible for all, at any age of life. I enjoy learning, the positivity and optimism it fosters is infinite. Becoming an ADHD Life Coach has taught me much about ADHD and what living with the intricacies of ADHD can mean for individuals and their families. I am very excited to share my growth mindset with my ADHD clients.
I am passionate about ethically partnering with them on their journey, from where they are to where they want to be.
